This is another game that is full of shit I lost $2000 they offered me $78 dollars cashback money until I emailed asked where my money went then they replied used till had no funds which is not correct at all then I finally able to log back on everything some history deleted money I have upload not there or current wins gone deleted of my profile I ask for review there response was nothing unusual happened I asked why I clicks t log in it was like they blocked me from logging in there after 3 hours I tried was able to login money and wins gone they tried to say I used free bonuses to win that which I never used any coupon they send me terms conditions and I just had to except it but acma told me to complain here more of a chance get money back they have blocked me now again from logging in I have one account only I have access no one else they scammed my winnings bs I want to be reimbursed and account then closed

Yes verified I bank transfer and visa and have confirmation since 2023 December I never asked for the cashback that’s what they gave me to stop me asking questions I think keep me happy then when my money went I asked when I loooked account history they said I played it until I had no money which i tried to use code for my birthday but never worked so I just uploaded not code got to $2000 soon as I got to that it logged me out several times couldn’t login for 3 to 4 hours chat history gone another person to explain to frustrating

The screenshots you provided are from a different casino. Can you please advise which one is the correct one?

Also regarding the bonuses - they are always considered as a gift and a good-will from the casino. However, they may deny to give them out to any player without any reason given.

If you are unsatisfied with the bonus system in the casino, I would recommend to play in a different one where such issues do not occur.
