We sought to verify if she had passed KYC verification and the status of her withdrawal request, however, she did not respond to our inquiries. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had rejected the complaint.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

I requested it on February 21st .. this is the first withdrawal.. they messaged it was approved.. I've just been waiting.
