Hi Petronela I tried using Bitcoin and it was just too confusing , I loved using Neteller but they stopped it for the United States players don’t know why?too bad casino’s don’t use PayPal or Vermo those are easy to use thanks again appreciate everything your doing for me. Maureen C*******

Hi Branislav

I first off want to Thank you for helping me out with my issue with Planet 7 , it is much appreciated, I see that Planet 7 responded and hopefully that was a supervisor responding and not just their customer service rep. However that’s the response I kept getting saying that they’re escalating my payment for the past 10 weeks, what is not right I know I hit 1,000 back in August and say someone hits $10,000 3 days ago and they’re going to pay that person 1st??? That’s not right! ( pay by tiers I learned) it should be 1st come 1st serve.) but I do appreciate all your help thank you.Maureen

Greetings all,


Approval on the requested withdrawal was completed and we should be seeing payment go out the door within the next couple business days (if not today). Once we have issued payment to our 3rd party payment providers it is generally 3-10 business days before it is reflected in your bank account.
