Hello this casino will not pay out my winnings will not anwser my emails i sent over 100 emails they took all my deposits one minute i mean 260 euros they never once sent email about verifyication to me and my account shows nkn needed but this is worst experience ever sent them so many emails they dont reply only send stupid bonus emails still so annoying ive also 1000 in my account still withdrawl all casinos are far i win i lose i get my winnings but this casino will not pay out its driven me insane all i want is my winnings and they dont pay out 72 hours well up and i cant even withdrawl the other 1000 as i said i sent over 100 emails not one reply

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
