The player from Germany has deposited money into casino account but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I made a deposit over one week ago by bitcoin.

In the morning of the 15th April and it was not credited(round about 96€).

At the afternoon I send them the E-Mail with the problem and all details(blockchain link).


The chat is holding on with the words "please come back later".

Nothing happened.


Please help.

I got all screenshots and chat screenshots.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please advise if the e-wallet address to deposit funds into your account was visible on the casino’s website for all the players or you have been provided a unique one when opening the account? Was it your first deposit in this casino?

the payment was with Bitcoin.

At this Type of payment everyone(Blockchain) can see that the Casino hast received the Money.

I've got all Screenshots and the Casino got all informations.

They have have the Money.
