I was locked out of my account at Paradise8 Casino. I have been awaiting a wire transfer of $400, that has been pending since December 1, 2024.


I had already been previously verified. I had sent in the required documents, which were forwarded to the financial department for verification, on November 18, 2024. I was told this could take up to 72 hours to be approved. In the event of needing to provide further information or documentation, I would be informed by email from the financial department.


I have been able to log into my account up until December 5, 2024. On December 6, 2024, I was locked out.

  • Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Thank you for responding and reaching out to me.


There is an update. I spoke with a sister casino to see if I could speak with a representative from Paradise8. Emma, which I later found out was a bot, said she could connect me to a Paradise8 representative. Kimberly, who is not a Paradise8 representative, connected and said that I could be temporarily kicked out if I was connected to a VPN. After uninstalling my VPN, I was able to reconnect. The funds are still pending. The last conversation I had was with chat. I was told, before my account was locked, that withdrawals can take 5 to 12 days.


Now, on to answer your questions. I had already provided the necessary documents, which were forwarded to the financial department for verification and approval, on November 18, 2024. I was told this could take up to 72 hours to be approved. In the event of needing to provide further information or documentation, I would be informed by email from the financial department. So, I do not have a definitive answer to whether I have been officially approved or not.

On November 30, 2024 I made

an $11 clean, no bonus deposit, using bitcoin. My wire transfer withdrawal was initiated between 3 am and 4 am on December 1, 2024.


I wrote to them by email and by chat on December 6, 2024. I asked them why my account had been locked. I have yet to receive a response.


Since this is only day 6, can I keep this post until I receive the funds? This way the casino can get a fair review if they follow through.

I just received an email response from the casino. They referred to both of my concerns.


They said to please allow up to 12 working days for the withdrawal. They also said that the VPN caused the lock out. They said if it happens again, I will be permanently locked out.


Good thing that I un-installed it.
