Game account fully verified 14.2. ie 3 days ago. Withdrawal processing time depending on the pages, 24h pending time. The withdrawal was in that state for 4 days. The customer service can't answer, they only promise to transfer the question to the payment department, but nothing is heard. The processing of the payment was therefore delayed for 2 days, and there is no information as to why.
Email confirmation received from the verification that all documents are OK and withdrawals can be made.

So the casino has NOT yet accepted the withdrawal, now 4 days have passed. The page says pending time 24 hours.
I fully understand your frustration, Dmndmn. However, I will set the timer for additional 8 days allowing to casino two full weeks to process the payment and if there’s no development by Monday next week, we will intervene. I cancelled the original withdrawal done 7 days ago and made an another one today. Never got a response from their customer service about the first one but lucky enough this new withdrawal went through in a few hours and I received the money! So this case may be closed! Thank you!
