After wining over £7000 pounds with no wagering requirements the casino has procasternaited 7 times on my withdrawal and put it back in my balance 7 times they. Mock you when you live chat them and say I have no information as soon as you ask about getting paid out and to email support of which they never reply I’m fully verified and want paying out

My account has been fully verified and I have been on live chat 7 times regarding this matter whilst the funds "are pending"


they then return the funds back to my balance this has happened 7 times


nothing to do with waiting the funds simply are not being processed unfortunately
