The player from the United States, a long-time user of New Vegas Casino, had experienced difficulties withdrawing his balance of $4,300. He reported that these issues had started after a change in the casino's management, which had resulted in his withdrawal limit being reduced to $0. Additionally, he had complained about the casino's unresponsive customer service. After the player reached out to our Complaints Team, the casino reinstated his $3,000 withdrawal limit. I've been playing at New Vegas Casino for close to 3 years. I never had an issue until a new management team came in. I've deposited alot at this casino but when it comes time to pay out it they are taking longer and longer. Now, I have a $4,300 balance and when I try to cashout any amount, I can not. They currently switched my withdrawal limit to $0. They also do not respond to my emails. I also have the live chat send emails to the VIP department and they go unanswered as well.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

How long have you been experiencing difficulties with your withdrawals?

Have you received any explanation as to why your withdrawal limit was set to zero?

When was the last time you withdrew your winnings from his casino?

Hello , it seems when I get your team involved the management responds back to me. It may be coincidence but it also happened on my previous case I opened with your team. So, as I mentioned, they got back to me and gave me back my 3K withdrawal limit. They do take 5 to 7 days to get back to me ( which I'm not used to ) but I think I'm ok for now. I do appreciate your help on this matter.

I did and they paid me. They are slow to respond and even slower to actual pay out but they finally did.
