The player from Germany has been accused of opening multiple accounts. The account has been closed and winnings confiscated.
They say that a second account that was closed correctly in 2015 would belong to me. I played at Netbet a few days ago and won € 1200 plus my € 200 bet, i.e. € 1400
My account was simply blocked and my € 1200 are confiscated.

With your extract from the Netbet Terms and Conditions you are exactly right.
The casino shouldn't have just frozen my account because I didn't commit any fraud.
Even Netbet's terms and conditions say that the assets of the new would go to the old.
What was done to me is a very mean number.
To her question: 5 years is a very long time and I really can't remember it. I have siblings who are about the same age and who had access to mails 5 years ago.

Luckily the case was under my attention as you also registered a complaint with ecogra.
Following duplicate checks performed on the player's account Moneymeka1990, the Financial department found the player has another account realmoneymeka.
The customer was able to register the second account due to registering with different details such as first name, email address, zip code, phone number and home address.
Under these circumstances, the customer's withdrawal of 1200.40 EUR has been cancelled and the deposit he made on our website of 200 EUR has been refunded due to breaching our website's T&C which clearly specify:
4.5 A Player can only possess one Account with NetBet, and NetBet reserves the right to close all multiple Accounts that are open under the same name or connected to the same person. If a person has opened multiple Accounts, NetBet will have the right to take any action permitted under these Terms and Conditions, including that NetBet may credit the first Account that the Player opened with NetBet with the balances from the other Accounts that would have been closed. NetBet reserves the right to retain any funds in such Account(s) up to the amount of any loss or fees incurred by NetBet.
This being said you have breached our T&C and the decision is final.

What you did is simply take my € 1200 away and refer to an account from 2015, which 94% does not match my data.
You are already realizing that this is not correct. Your terms and conditions itself says in such cases that one of the double accounts is closed and the other is transferred with the credit.
My current player data is absolutely correct and verifiable.

From player: he stated that only thing what was changed is his address and the old account was closed.
