Let me clarify the situation in this case. We had a global payment issue with one of the providers. The issue was the following: users made deposits however money were not debited from their accounts and we have not received them. But on their gaming accounts these deposits appeared. 

Unfortunately, Chriskrisma23 faced with this issue also. The winnings were collected from this deposit. We are sorry to say, but we had to write off these winnings.
