I went to customer service before I started playing and told Helena or Helen that I did not want any bonuses attached to my deposit she did not remove the one I removed the other I didn't know there was another one she didn't remove it and now they're telling me that if I want to cancel the bonus because I tried to play with I tried to bet a hundred on the Wild Bells 100 game and it said it was an exceed it exceeds the BET amount bet lemon and I asked them why would it say that because I'm not supposed to have any bonus attached to any of my deposit I specifically went and talk to customer service before I started playing so that that would not happen well now they're telling me that it doesn't matter now I have to play with the bonus attached wagering or cancel the bonus which will take my money first my deposit first which I deposited which then it probably isn't anything left of the deposit I deposited they stole my money I told them before I told them before I played that I didn't want a bonus attached!!! They're not listening to me. They are wanting to penalize me because their customer Service employee messed up.
