I've seen now that the Website Megapari is illegal in my country Germany.


They didn't have a license for the german market.

After that I've seen they've used another link for the german market. The normal link is blocked(see megapari1.jpg).

I was registrated as a german player from the beginning(see Megpari1.pdf).


Another point is they've done withdrawals without KCY.

That's illegal, caused of this was there was the possibility to play as an underage person.


No one from Megapari is answering me since one week.

Very bad.


I am waiting to send back my complete money less then the withdrawals.

We accept the situation when the casino allows players from restricted countries or countries they do not have the license for to open an account as long as they don’t use this as an opportunity to later cancel the player’s legitimate winnings. Simply said – if the casino allows players from such countries to deposit and play, they should pay out their winnings as well. However, if the player personally chose to make deposits and lost, we believe they are not eligible for any refunds because they could lose their deposits in the same manner at any other casino.

Furthermore, many casinos allow players to withdraw smaller or first withdrawals without verification and this is not something that we could penalize the casino for.

Could you please clarify the dispute value (€5,000)? Do I understand correctly that you are asking for a deposit refund?

If that is the case, I am afraid that we don't think you are entitled to any refunds.

Please, let me know if I have overlooked something or if there is any additional information that could help us proceed with this case, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint.

You personally and voluntarily created an account, made deposits, and played.
