I deposited £20 but it didn't register on my balance, i spoke to live chat who said it was awaiting approval, i decided to leave it for a few hours, i hace since tried 15-20 times to login but get a blank page and a message at the top saying Access Denied, so not only have i lost £20 but i can't even query it as i can't login,

Not happy with this site at all,

Steer well clear of it.

Since you have filed this complaint on Friday, could you please advise if the issue is persisting? If yes, could you please post here a screenshot? Possibly, clearing cookies might help, if you haven't tried this option yet.
