It's been 4 business days since I submitted my withdrawal request which was the time frame I was told It would take to do a Bitcoin withdrawal and haven't heard back from anybody on withdrawal just keep being told the same and that's they will contact me if they need anymore Info.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes it was verified on the 10th I deposited 25 dollars and claimed a bonus which my playthru was met...yes I have multiple times I keep being told to wait for business days...I started my withdrawal on the 9th of this month..even tho I got the email stating my account has been verified my withdrawal status is still in the not available to withdrawal stage.

The withdrawal finally got approved on the 27th of this month...but now I have to wait a other 7 business days for them to approve the withdrawal to my Bitcoin wallet that I have already waited almost a month now for them to do already...so apparently there are more then one extended wait periods for everything u have to do to withdrawl and every excuse they have for u not to withdrawl. So I guess this is there way of stalling to find reasons to not pay or in hopes u forget or give up one...how can they advertise fast payouts and get away with it is and get a good reputation from anybody with the way they do people that try to withdrawl everybody has the same story to tell about there withdrawl methods

They refused my withdrawal because I first withdrew my winning on first bonus deposit and winnings were in withdrawal status waiting for approval when I claimed a free $20 chip one two different occasions while waiting for approval from my first bonus ..I lost on first chip but then won sec chip but I did 10 dollar bets on it which I now see u can't do that. With that being said since I did that they took my winnings away from the first bonus that was already in with drawl status before I even claimed those 2 free 20 dollar chips...apparent.they can run bonus's together at withdrawal but we cant do that at deposit. Now I don't see anywhere in terms and conditions where it states u aren't allowed to claim another bonus while you have a pending withdrawal...but I did see that I can claim bonus as long as winnings from previous bonus was submitted for withdrawal on the gamblers commission site. Am I in the wrong or didn't read something somewhere where it shows they are allowed to run bonus's together

Not only that they didn't even explain to me like they were suppose to as to why I was rejected they just rejected and didn't notify me or put there reason as to why on my withdrawal page like there suppose to no email or anything I signed on see it was just rejected but no reason as to why until I did live chat with the people...and like I said the confiscated my winnings from first bonus which I followed the right wagering requirements on that one...they. Also said it took so long to approve me during verification cause it being my own fault not submitting all documents needed now I had all chat transcript emailed to me to show proof of me contacting them to make sure they received everything on numerous accessions as well as all the emails I had to constantly send with all documents attached everytime but some how the didn't get a document how is that possible when they were all submitted together on every email I don't see that as it being my fault it there way of obviously stalling to pay people out...everybody that submitted a withdrawal complaint all have the same exact story to tell obviously there usual tactic to not do right by people and hold up on there end as well as they expect us to do..

Thank you very much for all the e-mails forwarded. Just to clarify, you did the bets over $10 during playing with the first bonus too or only after you requested for the withdrawal? If you did play with those bets with the first bonus, the casino had right to void your balance and refund your deposit.

I got sent the so called proof of me apparently betting over requirements but I no that there made up game sheet wasn't acaraute because I No I didn't do those bets on first bonus...as a matter a fact when I first started playing I bumped it up to 6.25 and played three times on pinguin palooza and I should of gotten paid pretty good on those spins on that high of a bet but I got paid nothing instead so the game wouldn't let me bet over 6.25 at first so I just thought that was because it was set like that automatically because of the bonus game...and I also hit for I wanna say 12.00 0r 1300.00 as well on palooza right about the same time I made the 6.25 bets and I didn't play the pig game until the very end of me even playing and for some reason none of that shows anywhere on the documents they provided to me...but with that being said I already can see how this is going to end and most definitely not like it should cause let's face it I don't have the proof to show otherwise...so with that being said thank u anyways for your time and effort but y'all should really change y'all's reviews on them it don't look good for y'all to say they have a good reputation...which they have a good rep due to good games but that's it paying out, good customer service that don't lie to u and be rude should of played a bigger part in evaluation since that's what means the most when playing on line not the graphics and bonuses etc...u can go ahead and close this complaint out not going to waiste and more time playing these games with lucky tiger...it is what it is
