This player from Ohio had experienced withdrawal issues with a casino after requesting a $950 payout. His withdrawal was denied with the reason allegedly being his Bitcoin address. Despite being told by support that his documents were in order, he hadn't received a payout. After we had invited the casino representative to the conversation, they confirmed that the payout was made on November 24th via Bitcoin and marked as delivered. The player later confirmed receipt of his withdrawal, leading us to mark this complaint as resolved.

I made a deposit and claimed a promotion..After playing for awhile I had made it through the playthrough and decided to withdraw some of my winnings..I made a withdrawal of $950 and after a couple weeks got a notification that it had been denied..I reached out to the chat and was told I believe that my bitcoin address was the issue..The chat rep said that my documents were all In order so it should be fine the next time I try to withdraw..At that time my funds were put back on my account..I left a $100 to play with and made a withdrawal request for $850 at that time,after some time I seen that it said manager approved and I thought it would be there that day…Obviously it never came so I got with them again and was told it would be 7-10 days from that point of manager approved..I got with chat again on the 7th day and was told again 7-10 days..I thought we’ll they are going to use every single day of that time..At about the 12th day I decided to email them and was sent back a reply with a case number(I forgot to mention I had emailed them previously and received basically the same exact reply but a different case number than this new one)…That’s when I really became worried being I don’t believe that it’s being read by an actual person and I just get generic bot type responses..Any help would be great thanks

I did claim the monster bonus along with my deposit,I was told they escalated my withdrawal but I did go on chat last night with lucky legend rep and a rep from sunrise as I had a $100 withdrawal I was also waiting for..The chat from the 2 casinos always have the exact generic response in the chat..Last night they both said the withdrawal was escalated but not the payment and they would do that and to give it 48 hours..They both paid earlier today..I greatly appreciate them doing so but I’m not sure yet if I’d play there again..It was my second withdrawal from sunrise
