file I specifically signed up to this casino because it offers instant cash back well at least that's what it says so when I started playing I went to chat They said they do not have it so I thought well I must be going crazy so I let it go about a week later I double checked and sure enough it advertises it so for one I'm very very upset because they disconnected on me 3 times called me a liar so I escalated that talk to a beautiful woman named Mila she was very helpful and sheGave me a $10 chip which is nothing just a suffice but she did that knowing that and I had a screenshot that she said that they were wrong and they were gonna fix it well fixing it is one thing but it also means paying what they owe me I would never have signed up for this casino If I knew that they did not do instinct cashback I'm a member of only 3 casinos and only 3 casinos the reason is because they have instant cash back this is false advertising and a racket so I talked to the pet boss and he called me a liar too said no that is not true so I sent him to screenshot and they still haven't done nothing about it they're just gonna let it go well I'm not I'm retired I got nothing but time on my hands and I am going to get to the bottom of it I don't care what it cost me I am freaking Pissed off

I understand everything you just said and you're correct but the problem is they advertise it it's shown in the screenshot that I sent you it's specifically shown there as a matter of fact I talked to the chat representative and she noticed it too and said that for my problems she would give me 20 for a spend which she did but that's not the point but in this point I'm trying to make is they've already admitted that it does advertise it But you gotta read the rules in order for that to be understandable that it's not gonna happen well I'm sorry but that's just not the way it should be it's perfectly Advertises it in a big picture on the front page Now if that's not false advertising and baton switch I don't know what is
