I requested a withdrawal of 2107 BRL on the 25th of November, 2023, and was given a processing period of two days. After 3 days, the amount returned to my Lalabet balance. I received an email stating that the payment method Pay4fun wasn't available for me. I found this strange because I had withdrawn 545.00 BRL using the same method a few days prior.


Note: I deposited with Pay4fun and withdrew with Pay4fun. I received the payment of 545.00 BRL correctly within a few hours.


I got in touch with the chat and the representative told me that I could use the Astropay method, but I had to deposit any amount with Astropay first to be able to request a withdrawal with the same method. I deposited 100 BRL and when I tried to request the withdrawal, I kept encountering some sort of error. My Lalabet balance isn't deducted the amount I request for withdrawal, so I keep trying again and again, to no avail. I've also tried withdrawing via PIX, but that also results in an error and doesn't get processed. In other words, the only method that is accepted and debits the amount is Pay4fun, however, they say that they cannot pay me with this method.


I've contacted them asking if they want me to verify my account, but they said it wasn't necessary. Frankly, I don't know what to do. They don't solve the withdrawal issue. I've tried all available methods and none of them successfully transfer to my Pay4fun, Astropay, or Pix accounts.


In short, I have 2207.00 BRL stuck in Lalabet because they won't process my withdrawal.
