I have a query about the payment methods for this casino.
I made a deposit with my mastercard prepaid card and everything was fine ... I played and won ... but when I wanted to withdraw I couldn't because, according to mastercard informs me ... a transfer of that type cannot be made from abroad since the casino has already approved the payment of the entire amount. So I think they are kidding me because to spend everything nice but not to get paid!
Could you please explain to me how I can deposit and withdraw money without so much bureaucracy !!! ???

Tengo una consulta sobre los metodos de cobro sobre este casino.
Realicé un deposito con mi tarjeta prepaga mastercard y todo bien...jugue y gane...pero cuando quise retirar no pude porq según me informa mastercard...no se puede realizar una transferencia de ese tipo desde el exterior siendo que el casino ya aprobó el pago de la totalidad del monto. Entonces yo pienso que me estan tomando el pelo porque para gastar todo lindo pero para cobrar no!!!
Me podrían explicar por favor como puedo depositar y retirar dinero sin tanta burocracia!!!???
