  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings?
  • Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but one month is an unusually long time.

The withdrawal is still pending, account is fully verified. The withdrawal was requested and is still pending but casino told me that they can check it for 31 days! What do they want to check? Everything is confirmed. They keep my money and that’s all. I haven’t used any bonus for playing.

Hello, dear player and Casino Guru representatives! According to the data of our system the player made a withdrawal request on 05.04.2024, not 05.03.2024. According to rule of the "Sports" section, point 10.4 "The JET Sportsbook platform has the right to limit the ability to withdraw funds for up to 31 calendar days in order to verify an account for signs of unfair play. The methods and results of verification of gaming activity are confidential.

I have a very important question for you. Why does this casino have such good ratings if it is one of the most fraudulent casinos in the industry? Don't you see how many complaints there are about them delaying payments by a month for each user? Do they pay you for advertising?


I registered and played with them because they have a high rating here and it is one of the weakest casinos!

Why do you allow such practices? They keep the money for a month and make money on it. I don't see any point in extending the payment by a month, after all, such things can be checked in 30 minutes.


Why is this casino so weak and has so many complaints and you still promote it?!

I'm sorry, you're right - I meant Friday the 19th (edited in the previous message).

As for the casino's claim, it's outlined in point 10.4 of the sportsbook terms & conditions that the casino retains the right to hold any pending payment for up to 31 days to verify an account for signs of unfair play. Just a gentle reminder - you agreed to these Terms & Conditions when you registered.

I understand your concerns and dissatisfaction, but the application of such a rule is at the casino's sole discretion and isn't deemed unfair by our Fair Gambling Codex. However, I'll make an effort to contact the casino again during this period to obtain an update on your case.

you should indicate on your website that this is the permanent practice of this casino. I'm really surprised how it can have such a high ranking on your site if it's one of the least friendly casinos. Extending payments by 31 days is normal for them and they do it to every user!!! No casino checks and verifies an account for that long. Please write on your website that they permanently postpone payments by 31 days, arguing that it is some idiotic verification that would never take that long. if at least one user protects themselves against these scammers, it will be a success. I really don't understand how you can tolerate such practices, seeing how many complaints there are about this casino!!!!
