I can't withdraw my money....I deposited 120 and lost 20 so far so good....I didn't like the site and I want to withdraw my 100 reais and the site doesn't allow it

Are you experiencing difficulties withdrawing your funds due to the minimum withdrawal limit or because the mandatory real money wagering hasn’t been completed? Have you withdrawn any winnings from this casino in the past and have you activated any promotional offer when depositing funds into your account?

I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found (here):

"8.16 The Company has the right to cancel the withdrawal until the turnover conditions are fulfilled, or withhold a 10% commission from the amount to withdraw by debiting player’s gaming account in order to refund payout fees, if:

- the total amount of stakes made in casino games is less than the last deposit for players from Canada, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Argentina or is less than 3 times the last deposit for players from other countries;

- the total amount of Sportsbook stakes multiplied by their odds is less than the last deposit for players from Canada, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Argentina or is less than 1,5 times the last deposit for players from other countries;

- the total amount of stakes made in casino games after the activation of JET CRYPTO bonus is less than 3 times the last cryptocurrency deposit for players from all countries;

- a player performs actions aimed at wagering the required deposit amount in roulette games following the principle of betting with the minimum expected value of winnings (one or more players betting on all numbers in roulette at once or on red and black at the same time)."

Please understand that without completing the mandatory real money wagering you won't be able to withdraw your funds.
