The player from the US has requested a withdrawal of a substantial amount, but the casino informed him that he can withdraw in installments of $250. The issue was successfully resolved.
so I won $2500 in this casino and I requested a few withdrawals with different dates and amounts and they payed me $250 and reversed all the other withdrawals
I sent them an email and they say they can do whatever they want as it says on terms and conditions they can pay in installments, so they pay $250 every 3 weeks , it’s gonna take me over half a year to get my money , how do they expect me to keep making deposits here and play if it takes for ever to collect my winnings

The only method available wire transfer , I asked them politely if they could raise the withdrawal amount and they basically told me they can do whatever they want.

I would like to invite Irish Luck Casino to the conversation to participate in the resolution of this complaint. Please take into consideration the player's point of view. If you go to your casino and find the table below on the website stating that you can withdraw up to $2000 a week, you most probably don't expect that you can actually only withdraw $250 every 3 weeks. This way it will take 30 weeks for the player to get paid in full which is unacceptable and makes an impression that the player is supposed to gamble away the winnings while waiting. What is the actual reason for limiting the player's withdrawals to such an extend?
