They state in TOS that withdrawal after KYC verification takes maximum 5 bussiness days, so I was verified 2022/06/15, and my withdrawal has been "in process" ever since. It's been more than 5 bussiness days, and in live chat they tell me to wait another few days. Everywhere else I played it doesn't take more than 2 days to reach my account. Please provide some guidance or help how to deal with this.

I never ever use bonus money, never use promotions, i try to talk to casino every day but the answer is always the same
