I got 25 eur bons through wich u played i made some profit and I made small deposit in it and with it I made 300 usd. I attached a withdrawal and they asked me for my id document. I sent them my ids front +back + selfie holding image.it was pending from 3 day. But when I logind my account today they r saying my account is temporally blocked. When I asked chat support they don't have any clear answer why they blocked my account .they r just guessing may be my account was not matched with me. But ther not giving me clear assistance how I can reopen my account. Please help me to deal with this problem.. Please help me to reopen my a.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
