After these conversations, I made a new request to withdraw winnings in exactly the same amount, which dates back to the 22nd of June. As we are on the 29th of June, I don't have the money, justifications or explanations about the absence/delay in reaching my account.

That way, I won't give up on getting my money back.

I am therefore looking for some justification and faster resolution of the problem from this online casino.
