I had a $100 daily limit then I was still able to deposit funds even after I had reached the limit I then verified my account and won $2000 which I then tried to withdraw but couldn’t because it kept declining I then got told to try bank transfer which also didn’t work. I’m a problem gambler just trying to get my money back

Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only? When did you request a withdrawal from the casino? Is it still pending in your account? Did you inform the casino about your gambling problem? Is your casino account currently accessible to you?
