Hallo i have problem whith Horus casino they will dont pay me , The historie i deposite 500 NKR and get a bonus of 500 NKR i played and won some money up to around 3.800 NKR contacted support and ask about whithdrawel they say this was a wagerfree bonus and if i do a whithdrawel so will i lose my bonus of 500NKR so i do a whithdrael of 3000 NKR and have 300 NKR left was lucky and won up to 5.300 NKR so i do a new whithdrawel of this 5.300 NKR and now i get this messege below this stinks why get my bonus if i dont have right o this bonus ? They are a scam of my Whithdrawel of 8.300 NKR i get only my deposite of 700NKR back , i hope you can help me here sorry for my bad english.

From the casino rules, it is clear that to be able to cash out from this bonus you need to deposit during a week at least €150.

From your screenshot, I can see that you deposited only €70 (700NOK). So in this case casino refunded your deposits as is written in their rules.

(you didn't lose anything, just you can't use that bonus)
