The player from the United Kingdom had their account blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I'm not sure if you'll be able to help but I can't submit a complaint for High Roller Casino for some reason but are they related to this site?
Either way, High Roller have stolen thousands of dollars from me by closing my account (after I had already verified it) and refusing to pay me my winnings and they refuse to say why.
All they've said is I played in a way which was "unfair to the casino" which makes absolutely no sense as I just played the casino games on their site and won.
Surely this is not even legal? They have lied and stolen from me and they refuse to answer my emails or give me my deserved money.
