They refused to payout and stopped giving out bonus codes after I brought up a glitch that affected my games. Luke, one of the VIP hosts isn't very friendly at all. Hey also threatened me after I exposed him. Have reported this to the pit boss and still no resolution. Might have to contact the authorities over there.
