I have played here in the past, like 6 months ago. I received an email stating a bonus VIP transfer program. I supplied my other platform VIP status and received a $1,000 bonus with a 10x wager for withdrawal stipulation. I completed an over 80k wager with this amount and attempted a withdrawal. It has been stuck this way since. Messages to support, messages to my "VIP" manager and messages to the person I was told to contact for withdrawal verify has been met with silence. I have basically been ghosted at this point. Zero communication since attempted withdrawal. It sounds like the dozens of complaints here for this casino.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

This casino has a very vast history of doing everything possible to avoid paying out, it's score here alone is dismal at best. I guess I will wait and I will let you know, I guarantee, my withdrawals will never be paid out.
