i can't do a withdraw because they keep asking me to send them a proof of my deposite wich i did...

they refuse my withdraw and they send me back a message that they want a document that says everything about me on one page.. they want a screenshot of my deposite detail thats show ma full name, my bank account number, the amount of my deposite and the date and the hour of the deposite....

My bank doesn't show that kind of document on the internet so i went to my bank and they gave me a document sign by the women who work there that show all the detail of my deposite of that day with my account number and the day and all my info of me. Hellspin wrote me back to says that my document was not good for them.. they have all the info they need to prove that ita not a fraud but they keep saying its not a proof..

they know i got 1000$ on my account and they don't wanna pay lol bottom line..

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

they always wrote me back the day after i sent them my document. They asked me a proof of my identity so i sent them my drivers license.

they ask me a proof of my living adress so i sent them my electricity bills with my adress and my name on it. And after they ask me a proof of my bank account so i sent them a void cheque of my account..

After they approved those documents, i tried to do a withdraw and they refuse it.. they wanted a proof of my deposite.

So i whent to my bank and they printed me a proof of my deposite with all the detail of the deposite i did.. and they sent me this message (the picture at the bottom) on my email..

They always repeat the same message even if i sent them all they want.. so i don't know what to do now.. we can't call them, its only on email.. file
