Dont trust this site,I placed a blackjack bet the bet was canceled and never got my money back.All the support agents were saying was that they were experiencing technical difficulties and that they would contact me at later time which they never did.If they experience such technical difficulties they should at least notify the players before depositing or before placing the bets.

Could you please forward any relevant communication along with your game history in Excel format to petronela.k@casino.guru? Please advise the exact time of the incident. Do I understand correctly that your bet was placed - rejected - deducted from your balance?
