The player from United Kingdom has been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, their payout hasn’t been received yet. The player later confirmed that the withdrawal was processed successfully, therefore we marked this complaint as resolved.

Hi there Guru ,


I have some real concerns over goldenbet casino . I made a withdrawal which I thought was made via their sepa/ swift option. However they are now telling me it is called an IBAN transfer . They told me it would be in my bank instantly. They then tried telling me that due to new rules I would need to contact my bank for security purposes.

Then they changed their tune again and said I should contact them back the next morning.

I did that they then sent the apparent trace id which my bank cannot trace . They also have not provided me with the time of transaction and exact method. I am waiting for a 750 pound and a 700 pound withdrawal.


I also then came across something extremely strange . Roletto and goldenbet are exactly the same company . Look at this . I opened a chat with roletto whilst logged in to my goldenbet account.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Hi casino Guru. Not sure if you actually read my complaint before responding. They are telling me it is all completed their end and they have sent it. The withdrawal method I used is a maximum of 24 hours
