been in contact with this casino regarding this transaction since april 2023. My withdraw has been pending for three months then canceled then started a second time after being assured that it would be paid out promptly and that was over a month ago. I have talked to both managers that are available and I have written multiple emails to their finance dept. The most current contact I had was today 9/15/23 with the manager Roland who stated that he had been out that his father had passed away. I gave my best regards and was told that he wwould handle this within the next few days. I asked if I could assume payout would be within the next week and was assured it would be. This has been the same situation with the other manager cynthia as well. I wanted to submit this complaint at the same time to hopefully spark some incentive to paying it out.

However, I’d like to emphasize that we received many complaints about delayed withdrawals from this specific gambling establishment. Regardless of many submitted cases, the casino decided to have a No Reaction Policy approach to all our attempts to negotiate any kind of issues.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.

Could you please advise if you successfully received any withdrawals from this casino in the past? Was your account verified?

No I have never tried to make a withdraw from this casino. I know they have a really low score and are even blacklisted at several other sites. I was pretty fresh to the online casino scene and hadn't known that there were online casino reviews even. I have very little hope of getting paid out.


I have consistently everyday for like 3 weeks at one point contacted them daily. I figured they would become very annoyed and just pay me out, but to my amazement they did not. Is there anaay other alternatives to online review forums that one can take against such crooked casinos" (besides the obviously now known do your research?)

This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

Regrettably, it seems to be a common practice of Golden Lady Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our previous failed attempts to negotiate.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from this casino. I wish I could be of more help.
