actually i'm not that at all
guy for such an entry, but now I don't know what else to do.
I won a (relatively) large amount (around €10,000).
Now I wanted a certain amount
cash out. The verification process (KYC) has been successfully completed. That's not the problem.
The first payout amount I chose was too high and was rejected. I contacted support and they set a max withdrawal amount of €400 (don't know exactly why). The first 2-3 payments were successful (bank transfer) and the money was transferred to my bank account.
But every further payment was "rejected".
I wrote to the support who justified the refusal with the payment service provider. It is a "technical error" and I should start a new process.
I did, but it was rejected again. And again. And again. Always with the same "reason"!
Sometimes I even let several days pass between attempts to pay out.
I'm a very patient person but now I'm really angry. I am firmly convinced that this is a regular business practice (no assumption, just my subjective perception). My guess is that any money won is likely to be gambled away again. One gets to read it here in the forum again and again in one way or another.
I ask ggBet to comment on this and to clear up any misunderstandings.
I had already accepted the partial amounts of €400.
What is the reason for the rejection?
A successful clarification of the facts is also in the spirit of ggbet.

2. No, no bonus was used
3. On 03/13/23 the last successful payout was via BankTransfer to my bank account (400€)
