I deposited 2000rs on Fresh casino through astropay payment system.

Their is offer of 50% cashback on astropaywallet. But cashback amount is not given to me its more than 10days of waiting. Neither both the sides are helping me regarding this issue. Its just like Scam promotion where people gets attraction and dont get cashback. Plss help me regarding this because i deposited only for cashback purpose and they(both) declining me to give cashback.

They keeps saying plss wait for email rply.

And i am waiting since 10 days plss help.
