I have been using fresh casino for past 45 days. I deposited 27500 rs and met all their conditions before my withdrawal. Many times they rejected by withdrawals by saying so many excuses. Later my request of 25000 rs got approved. But untill today(29/07/23)my funds is not credited. While asking non receipt of funds they are saying so many lame excuses. I do not know exactly what happened? Kindly investigate and give a solution. Thanks.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus, please?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

My withdrawal request is aporoved and the amount is debited from my fresh casino wallet. Now it is less 1 rs.

My wuthdrawal is requested from my side is on 9th and if im correct it is approved on the subsequest day. Regarding bonus it has been availed at the time of deposit and the fresh casino team told me they will take 10 % commission charge later inceased 25% if I insist for a withdrawal. So I wagered all the amount as per their conditions.Later they approved my request.I feel very suspicious about their activities and their support team in chat giving different kind and wrong informations.
