Hello Ice casino is a really scam, i deposit 450 euros and i win with a total amount of 1100 and i ask a withdraw.
The first time already upload all documents but my withdraw canceled because of KYC, neverminded i pass the KYC the same day and ask again withdraw. They cancel it and say there was an error with card payments and forced me to withdraw with bank transfer (because i ask if they need extra papers they told me no) i wait again some days and rejected because of KYC. Then i go to chat and ask them why, nevermind i ask again withdraw 2 separate 490 euros each, when the first accepted i ask the second one.
After 7 days that was the last day according to their rules to trasnfer the money, the withdraw rejected and at the chat they don't know. Because i know i will never get my money from there i also open a complaint here 2 hours ago. I hope all goes fine but please avoid this casino.

ICE CASINO.... I registered I started depositing money into my account and started playing. After about two months, I managed to win a relatively insignificant amount of up to 20,000 CZK I wanted to choose, but then I ran into a problem with the approval of my personal documents, it took 14 days for them to get to my application and finally I could not log in to my user account . That's why I wrote an email to find out what's going on. I was told that I unfortunately entered my nickname in the name field, which I use de facto everywhere, including email. That I allegedly provided personal information to a third party.... STUPIDITY!
They didn't mind the fact that I had a username on the account with them that was different from the name on the credit card that they used to get money from. But as I wanted the money, there was an email exchange about how I wanted to check and they can cancel my account on this basis. Despite my efforts to PROVE that I, am really Me, was useless. The operator of the online chat was obviously already experienced in similar cases and was not going to refund my money. Po zhruba dvou měsících se mi podařilo vyhrát poměrně zanedbatelnou částku do 20.000 Kč Chtěl jsem si vybrat, ale Následně jsem narazil na problém se schvalováním mých osobních dokumentů trvalo to 14 dní než se dostali k mé žádosti a nakonec jsem se nemohl přihlásit na svůj uživatelský účet. Napsal jsem proto email abych zjistil co se děje. Bylo mi řečeno že jsem do kolonky jméno bohužel uvedl svůj nickname který používám de facto všude včetně emailu. Že prý jsem poskytl osobní údaje třetí straně.... HLOUPOST!
To že jsem měl uživatelské JMÉNO, na u nich vedeném účtu jiné, než jméno na kreditní kartě že které jim chodili peníze, to jim nevadilo. Ale jak jsem chtěl penize já nastala emailová přestřelka o tom jak jsem si toel skontrolovat a oni na tomto základě mi mohou zrušit účet. I přes mou snahu DOKÁZAT, že Já, jsem opravdu Já, bylo zbytečné. Operátor online chatu byl očividně již zběhlý v podobných případech a peníze mi vrátit nehodlal. Následně mi bylo velkoryse dovoleno zřídit si nový účet , s pravdivými údaji moje peníze které jsem vložil My však navrátit nehodlají, a to jsem se skusil ohradit i na jejich podmínky, kde říkají, že vkládat peníze může pouze majitel účtu, ze své osobní karty, nikoli třetí strana, k čemuž tady doslo, a já jsem vycítil příležitost na vrácení mých vkladů...to ale ICE CASINU nevadí...to oni prý kontrolovat nemusí, moje výhra tak zůstala jim, včetně všech mých vložených peněz.
Následně už jsem pána z online chatu očividně dost s*al takže, (pro mne uprostřed konverzace), byl chat přerušen ze strany operátora, který se prostě odhlásil...
ICE CASINO, NENÍ Casino ale za mě jde pouze a jen o lidi, kteří vydělávají levárnami na netu...
