I'd say it is because you gave them a hard time regarding your verification, despite the fact that, in the end, you lost the money. If a player became unpopular, the management usually decided to close such an account to prevent further "conflicts". I bet they also spotted the complaint.

In my opinion, you have not been particularly pleased with your experience while playing at this casino. Is that correct? Perhaps it's not that bad ending. Even though I am sure it is a bad feeling.

Hello Radka, I really don't understand why they closed my account, and it's frustrating, I entered the chat with them and they told me that I violated the community rules and when I asked what exactly, they closed my chat. I took it as a lesson and moving on. Hugs for you 😊
