Personally I would move on from this casino. The verification period seems to be delayed quite often. Mine too is taken 10 working days already. My win was not even large, under 1k and they still started review process with the provider. Yes, this may be, casinos do that but personally I have never experienced this and I have played a lot. Maybe would have understand if this was a large win, jackpot or smth. If so small win is suspicious, I don't get my hopes up with this casino and move on. I play slots only. It seems to be tactical there. Also responsible gaming tools don't work there. You can still play even if you have set limit. Doesn't seem very reliable.

hi, i just deposited 100 bucks and now im up to 3k, i tried to withdrawl and they asked me to submit KYC verification- will this site pay me? ive read a bunch of god awful reviews that this site wont pay or will take weeks, months.. im from the US. im kind of freaking out bc i had to get real lucky to go from100 to 3k in blackjack- help!

I truly understand that it must be frustarting, but there could be something they find suspicious in your game play, for example, and they need to check it even though you didn't win big, as you say.

If you know that you have done nothing wrong, there's nothing to fear. Right?

And if it passes the 14-day time frame, our complaint team will be ready to intervene whenever you decide to file a complaint.

Probably if you're from US, they're not gonna pay. US players are not allowed. They may return your 100 bucks if you're lucky. That's in their terms and conditions, so wouldn't get my hopes up.

Yes, nothing to worry there. I play only slots, so I only push the button. If the providers software is legit, don't know how could I do something there.

I played the balance so money wise also nothing to loose. I am gonna wait if they're gonna verify me still. I didn't gave negative review too yet as I am somewhere in between with them. First withdrawals for me were super fast. Also I've been playing while waiting and got some great wins there that were eventually lost, but still maybe will give them another try if they verify me.

Hi there, and congratulations!

The easier way to put it is that you will never be paid if you fail the KYC. I would therefore concentrate on passing that. After you are finished, I think you will have a better understanding of how things operate there anyhow.

I'd say it also depends whether the player followed terms and conditions—used true information while registering the account, have not used VPN to bypass country restrictions, and so on.

Ok guys. So far I am still not verified. I sent them a letter 3 days ago and they didn't reply. Sent one again today and they replied instantly and asked me a new selfie with ID and their webpage on background. The one I had sent 21 days ago(!), they said document is blurred and should be more sharp.

I gave one more try but feel like this image is quite hard to do by yourself. So everything would be focused and readable, plus face entirely seen plus their webpage seen. My phones front camera is giving his max but it's hard to get everything on screen and focused 👀. A bit ridiculous setup to be fair.

In my opinion image I sent in the first place was clear enough, you can clearly see the that person on the document and real life are the same. But ok, understand if their expectations were higher. If these images I sent today won't go through I am giving up. They had 21 days to tell me that they need sharper image and they asked me only today and after I wrote myself. Seems like they don't want a customer and I have other options to choose from.

If it is this way, I would surely suggest you file a complaint now. I am sure that our team will do everything possible to get the resolution of it.

If you see that they still don't approve it, just follow this link and explain the whole situation to our complaint team.

Im waiting 17 days to get verified they asked for an extra document with an id on m hand in front of my computer and I sent them not 1 but 7 different photos in order to choose one , this casino finds ways not to pay , I won 1.000$ and it’s funny they are not able to pay that amount , they disappear and never text you back at emails

Hello, in this case I would say right from the beginning that it is a good step that you have decided to open a complaint

I don't know where the casino is going with the verification that they are asking for so many photos from you. Did they comment on this when you sent it to them or did you have no answer? I also don't know what they can verify for so long and that's why I find it strange. Especially if they don't say anything about it. 

Regardless, is this the only thing that has to be confirmed to pass verification? Was it not necessary to send other documents or have they already been confirmed?

Only reason I would file this complaint would be to warn others. I have been following couple of complaints that go on right now.in different portals about them..mine is not unusual. Their score seems too high. They are not so trustworthy at all.

If you are unable to close your account or verify yourself, this is also a reason to file a complaint. Especially if it's been going on for so long.

However, as far as the situation is concerned, they didn't let you know and didn't tell you why the account hasn't been closed yet? Do you have any relevant communication with them where you ask them to close your account?

Sorry for confusion. I haven't requested the account closure yet but was thinking that it's gonna be my next step. They have a button where you can click to close your account, but I haven't done that yet as I wanna see if they contact me at some point...after three months maybe, will they tell me themselves that I am verified now 😅

Verification is still not done yet. They don't answer my emails.

But yes I am not so eager anymore too as I feel that even after that widthdrawals gonna be a long process.
