No, I just got the email that my withdrawal was accepted so it’s no longer pending. Last time when they accepted my cashout in February, I got the money 3 days after they accepted it. So let’s hope it’s gonna be the same right now.😊

How can I ever trust a Casinoguru review? 😀 Especially now, with such an obvious scam that is so incredibly bold and obvious at least now. Well, I can deal with the fact that my money is not paid out to me. What I can't accept is that the site can just get away with it. Isn't it possible to contact the providers of the games that their offer is being used for illegal purposes? On the one hand, this can't be good for you because it damages your reputation. And it will certainly not be in your interest from a legal point of view that brazen fraud is being carried out here?
Could anyone from Casinoguru, since they have much more reach, contact Push Gaming, Relax or Pragmatic Play and inform them that these sites are operated illegally? The providers in particular, who are paid for, surely have more information about the owners and operators of the homepage?
All I ask is that this whole disaster doesn't just end with a "poor rating". But the casino guru at least takes care that this doesn't happen again and that at least an attempt is made that the operators here are prosecuted in some way...
it's a shame that casino gurus still lie. I went through the complaints and nobody confirmed anything. The same for me too. Monday confirmed and Thursday nothing on the account. Have now also gambled away the remaining credit and still 500 on pending and another 1000 that were said to have been paid out. When the payments worked, the money was always there the following day. I didn't get any goodies either. So big minus to Casinoguru and their selection of reputable partners. I will avoid Casinoguru in the future.
I have also decided that for myself. I know it's hard to give a fair rating to any casino. But what has just happened on the part of Casinoguru is partly cheeky.
This complaint: https://casinoguru-de.com/spinpirate-casino-die-gewinnausnahmen-an-den-spieler has been unresolved for 3 weeks and the casino still has a 6.8 rating. In what way can one justify that?
There have been over 1,000 comments on this casino, most of which are negative, and the rating has not changed.
This is as much a stalling tactic as it is by the casino itself. Of course, I don't want to blame Casinoguru here. But as a user, you were not well advised here and are not protected, especially now.
There are certainly still players who go to Casinoguru, see the rating and deposit based on this rating. And something like that cannot be excused with the current knowledge.
You should at least issue a warning or point out that payments are currently pending etc. But unfortunately there is currently no action being taken.
So will no longer trust Casinoguru's advice.
