Allow me to say that again. I feel the problem is caused by the company the casino uses for handling transactions - the 3rd party payment provider. That should explain the size of this whole issue. What do you think?

Keeping in mind it surely takes some time to find another payment provider, it quite fits. No proof to support my opinion... so, it's just an opinion 🙂

At first people paid well without any problems and after a while they scammed all the customers.

Most of them had the status completed, but none actually received the money at the end.

In the future, avoid casinos with a limit of €500.

Especially if you don't stick to your general terms and conditions.

Don't be blinded by all the deposit bonuses anymore 🙂

They like to lure with something like that because a lot of players really like to play with bonuses and they know it very well 🙂 even if it is 200%, an incredible number of players register.

There are casinos where you can give up to €25,000 a day without waiting 3 weeks and ignoring them so you lose the money.

Choose your casinos carefully in the future and don't necessarily let yourself be dazzled with bonus offers.

Good casinos don't need ads or daily bonuses for players to gamble.

You would be doing yourself and the players a huge favor if you adjusted your terms and conditions.

The best way is to increase the €500 limit and make sure there are enough employees to take care of the players.

After all, you have to assume that you have many customers and you have to act accordingly.

After all, you are a casino and not a kebab shop 🙂

You would make an incredible amount of money if you were honest.

You can do that with dishonesty too, but it will make your end taste pretty bitter. 😉
