I think both you and your friends should read this guide 👈 Casino Guru is not just about the forum or list of casinos, no. We actively aim to support players who feel like they need it.

Thus, if you are convinced the casino did anything unfair to you and I'm concerned about this part: "You can no longer withdraw your money then", the complaint is definitely a good thing to try!

How about your friends?

I’ve just opened a complaint about this casino and after reading the thread I see it’s common practice to give players problems. I went through their t&cs before depositing as so many casinos have ripped me off, so I wanted to make sure I’d be met with no issues. They state that the deposit method will take priority when withdrawing, I checked all the deposit and withdrawal methods and all looked good. I really enjoyed the site which makes it worse!

I tried to withdraw, after using bank transfer to deposit, I was shocked to see only crypto currency available. I’ve never ever used crypto, nor do I want to. They told me I have to choose an option available to me or I won’t be allowed to withdraw! I used real money to deposit so only offering crypto seems extremely unfair! Especially when I thought I’d checked everything so I wouldn’t have these problems. Now I’ve just been bit on the bum again by yet another rogue casino. Soul destroying

Any casino that only allows to withdraw through crypto should be avoided I had the same problem not with Rollino but lesson learned. I tried crypto but the fees are extortionate as I don't think many people actually use it.

It’s disgraceful. I checked everything before hand. It was only when I went to withdraw, all of the options were gone and only crypto left. Cryptocurrency is not something I’m familiar with or a world I wish to enter. Extremely unfair to expect people who haven’t deposited crypto to then withdraw to it

Method of deposit should be the same for withdrawal I agree. I have experienced a problem with my current casino it allows you to deposit using Mifinity but only withdraw by bank transfer which is ok but costs by bank transfer but not with Mifinity.

So many casinos are getting away with unfair practices and nothing can be done. I’d never have played on there had I known the only option to withdraw was crypto. Fed up of winning and then being disappointed when I don’t receive it. Think it’s time to vacate the gambling world

On most casinos you will find a withdrawal clause stating that in case the operator is unable to use certain withdrawal method they can request you to provide another payment method for them to complete the withdrawal, even if it's a different method to the one you used to deposit.

If you don't have a crypto wallet you shouldn't worry too much, it's really easy to open an account on any exchange or simply open a metamask or trust wallet which doesn't even require KYC. I do agree that every user should be able to withdraw using the same method used to deposit, but there is no option if the operator is unable to use that same method to complete your withdrawal, this has happened to me before

I wouldn’t even have a clue where to start with crypto, wallets or anything other than an ordinary bank or debit card. It’s not something I’d be able to get my head around. Can you even convert crypto to real money and put it in your bank?

Yes you can convert it to cash. If you want your cash and I presume you do follow the leads Sunsetgaze has given you or type in temporary crypto exchange from a casino withdrawal on Google see what comes up and give it an hour of your time it may not be as difficult as it sounds to someone with no experience like you. 😀

Honestly I’ve tried reading up to educate myself but it’s just not going in 😆 I never used to be this dense 😆

Your probably stressed by the experience which means your mental faculties arnt working properly. Wait until Sunsetgaze replys and follow his instructions. When I opened one it was the same as opening a bank account except for KYC which you probably had to do with a casino. KYC is normally instant and once you have downloaded the app it institutions are pretty straight forward. Also it help if you had a friend or family member to offer encouragement and support. You can do it!!

Could you recommend which one to use?

Wait for Sunsetgaze to reply they will tell you the easiest one to use I can't remember which one I used now but I'm not the brightest button in the box 😂 but I found it user friendly. I will look it up though

The money isn't going anywhere as much as you would like to get your hands on it!! So stay calm take your time and once you have your wallet set up it's quite easy to navigate and convert the bit coin to cash, the reason I stopped was because I found Mifinity much cheaper fees

Yes, you can turn any crypto into fiat, you can do that on any crypto exchange, and you can withdraw to your bank account too, when you get your exchange account you will understand everything eventually. Let's say you withdraw using crypto from your casino account to an exchange, you request an USDT withdrawal and then you simply sell the USDT for euros and that's it

Can you advise Victory which is the best and easiest to use I think that would be helpful.

Is Binance or Bybit available to the UK? If so, I would recommend these two exchanges, when you register you have to verify your ID, if you don't want to undergo verification then use Trust or Metamask, but since you are new to it I wouldn't really recommend these last two.

Let's say you open a Binance account, you complete KYC (it's really quick and only ID is required), I would recommend using the mobile app and not the desktop version.

Let's assume you got your account set, then you simply go to "wallets" and look for the crypto you want to use to get your withdrawal from the casino, let's assume you want to use Litecoin (LTC), you simply click that crypto, go to "deposit" and you get your address so you can withdraw from the casino, you copy that address and paste it in the LTC withdrawal form within the casino and that's all, once you get funds, you can use the "convert" feature in binance and simply choose to "convert" your LTC into euros or dollars and that's all. Then on your "spot" wallet you simply have to click "withdrawal" choose USD or EUR and you can make a bank transfer, BUT I have never used this option (sometimes there are maintenance or no options available due to regulations), I only withdraw using the P2P platform within the exchange, if you can't directly withdraw to your bank account you also can use P2P to do so, which is actually the fastest way to sell your crypto and get the money in your bank account.

If something is not clear you can easily find tutorials on the internet, so don't worry

Which exchange you use? I have never used the direct bank transfer, only P2P because it's quick and on top of that you can earn a a bit more with the transaction (around 4-5%)

Thanks for the info. I’ve never used any kind of cryptocurrency before, it’s the only way I’ll get anything out of them. The withdrawal options are btc, etherum , TRON, litecoin , dogecoin or something. I really don’t understand what they all mean or what the difference is. It’s so confusing. I can usually work stuff out easily but there’s so much different stuff it’s scrambled my brain 😆😆😆 I just want to find a wallet that I can do this one withdrawal and never use it again 😩😆
