I registered on the website and deposited €25. I received €50 bonus (200%)

I started playing and went down to €55, changed games and in the first or second round at 0.20 cents I won €77, I ended up with €133

I decided to withdraw the money since I was still playing with real money and in the profile this entire amount was in the bonus money! How is this possible ? Therefore, it is never possible to win

Once you start betting your real money becomes bonus balance, this is how it is in most casinos and this is exactly why casinos turn your real balance into bonus balance once you start wagering: to prevent people from cashing out the balance if they get a good hit prematurely.

If you try to withdraw all your balance will get forfeited, so be careful, all you do now is continue playing and complete wagering, I suppose it's the standard 35x (deposit+bonus), so yes: you have a long way to go, in most cases you lose the entire balance before clearing wagering requirements, this is why I never recommend taking bonuses with wagering requirements

The only advantage is that if you take the bonus and the bonus funds arnt used before you get a win you can cancel the bonus funds and your left with your real money balance. Once you have used any part of the bonus funds your then tied into the wagering until you beat it or lose your money

Yes, this is specially helpful when a bonus was credited automatically (this has happened to me), it just requires forfeiting and the only balance left is the real one (if it was unused when forfeiting the balance). I only play with deposit bonuses if they are sticky because I have way better results with them, bonuses with WR never returned anything 😂

Hi, according to what you describe, this is quite common in casinos and you will have to complete the wagering. Anyway, how big is the wagering for this bonus that you have to complete? 

I noticed that you have already filed a complaint and so we will see how it goes, although I am not sure if our team will be able to advise you in this case other than to complete the wagering. However, at least you know how it works at least in this casino and before you go to play with any bonus I recommend you to ask questions that interest you directly to the support to avoid something similar in the future. How long does it usually take this casino to deposit money into the account?

I made my first withdrawal request and I think it's taking longer than usual, I'm afraid to continue playing because without the money arriving first in the account I won't play anymore

Best to wait until your first withdrawal payment is in your bank account before depositing again to make sure there are no problems and it all runs as stated by the casino imop

Hello, when you say that the withdrawal takes longer than usual, how long are you waiting ? We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal. Are you in contact with the casino and have you tried to ask why it takes longer ?

However, I would definitely recommend you to be patient and try to think positively. Of course, the best thing to do is not to gamble with the money to avoid any problems.

On January 2nd I implemented a 50% bonus at Rollino Casino! 500 euros were then paid out! Afterwards I had great winnings and came up with an amount of 9500 euros 💯I went on vacation on January 3rd and came back today on January 12th! I checked my account for the first time after this time and was shocked because I suddenly only have 322 euros left in my account! Likewise, the 500 euro payout was simply canceled 😠 I sent an email for payout during my vacation, no response from the provider!

When asked in the chat, the answer comes: I should check my emails! I never received an email! I ask for help

Hi, I'll start by saying that I'm quite sorry that you've got yourself into this situation. 

However, you say that you completed the bonus and asked for a withdrawal of €500, which the casino later cancelled. 

After this bonus which you successfully completed you won more money and when you later came to your casino account the money was withdrawn on the basis that you had completed the bonus which did not apply to this money, do I understand this correctly ? Do you have a screenshot of this bonus somewhere ? 

Anyway, I saw that you managed to file a complaint, so we'll see where this goes. I hope you get your money.

Rollino is the biggest rip-off site out of over 10 sites I played. And unfortunately only at second glance because everything seemed serious, even if of course you never won anything. In short, they didn't credit me with my bonus twice even though it was activated, and if you talk to support, they're just annoyed and basically think it's their own fault. You can no longer withdraw your money then. It's happened to me twice and to two friends of mine once each. This is a disgrace and I hope they will be prosecuted for something like this soon! hands off
