Dear all,

Regarding the complaint made by col211:


We would like to inform that the said user has used each of his deposits in full and successfully wagered his account balance. 

None of the said claims would be raised by the user if gameplay outcome was to be of a winning one. 


Furthermore, upon properly submitting an account closure request, the user’s accounts was handled appropriately, in accordance to the T&Cs of our website. 


Rollino is a VPN-Friendly platform and as such, it respects and accounts for users’ gameplay, regardless of any geographical restrictions which are imposed at Rollino’s sole discretion, and may vary from time to time. 


We hope that the above clarifies this case.

Hello,

In my case, nothing has changed. Rollino still owes me €3,500.

They have never returned my money.

They have never replied to a single email I sent.

They simply closed my account and kept all my deposits.

This is unacceptable. I will continue to expose this situation until I get my €3,500 back.

I understand that you can’t help with my case, and that’s fine.

I just want to make sure people know they shouldn’t register at this casino.

They have a term stating that at any moment, if they believe you are doing something wrong, they can close your account and confiscate your funds.

And that’s exactly what they did to me — even though I did nothing wrong.

In fact, the only thing I "did wrong" was winning.

Well, it would be fair if they could prove first that you violated some terms, right?

If there is no proof, there is no case. 🤷‍♀️
