This casino started off ok. I read through t&cs to make sure I could withdraw funds easily if I was lucky enough to win. When I see it offers withdrawal to the deposit method used I thought great, because I’ve been bitten by casinos who don’t pay out more than I care to remember. I deposited via bank transfer, took no bonus and off I went to play. Games where good, was lucky enough to get up to £250 and decided to withdraw. I’m already fully verified so didn’t expect an issue. There I was met with only cryptocurrency options to withdraw to. I don’t use cryptocurrency, nor do I wish to. I thought it must be a mistake. I went to live chat and was told I need to choose an option available to me from the cryptocurrency, make another deposit to link it and then I can withdraw. Had this been in the t&cs I wouldn’t have joined. Th site advertises multiple payment and withdrawal methods that are not available on the site. To be told you have to enter the crypto world to receive winnings after you’ve used real money to deposit is disgraceful and unfair
