hey, I got nothing but confused explanations that I would have canceled it myself, even though this didn't happen. This is my fist time for withdrawing in this casino

I have the same issue. I made my first withdrawal request around 7 days ago, then they canceled with reasoning that I have to use other method. ( this was last friday) so I did.
Now it is tuesday, entering 10th day including weekend and they still didn't process it. For the bank withdrawal request it can take up from 3 -5 days so once they do I will have to wait another 3 -5 days.
This would not be a problem if they could just processs it.
I own all the chat transcripts I had with them and I can share them with you on email.
I can also see here around 70 similiar complaints and very bad user reviews on other sites.
Support agents are not even real there and there is nothing player can do to help himself.
It is obvious what is happening as they don't even own license.
Is there a way for you ( Casino guru team ) to stop this or at least provide us with the name of their license holder?
First Crypto, then they bounced back after 3 days with reasoning to make bank transfer, then I used bank transfer and waited for another 5 days.. I used cc as deposit, but as you know they can be right and this really can depend on the payment method itself.
My suggestion is to push them constatnly on chat and explain you are waiting so long because of their review and their cancelation of withdrawal requests.
I was not close to the timeframe you are now ( 2 weeks ) and they did help, so they should also help you.
Their policy is up to 3 - 5 business days after request and and you are def aware they have many complaints online and you are aware they currently don't have license. Don't give up and don't cancel wd by yourself.
PS I helped you now more then Casino guru would in any case, they are worst then that casino itself.
