After I asked about license and regular standard questions they blocked me from chat LOL they didn't know the name of their licesne holder..

I have now been waiting 4 days for the withdrawal even though their terms and conditions say 3. I should have received two withdrawals by now and the customer service is only asking for patience even though it seems that the money is not coming to me
