So you established the complaint on authority as well, yes ? I saw that you also have it open with us and I am curious how it will turn out in the end. 

As far as the authority is concerned, it may take them a while to write it off, but if you get an answer you can certainly share it with us.

Hmm, it's quite strange that the UTR was different before, but since they wrote you another email, it would probably be best to check if the casino is telling the truth and go to the bank. I think that's the least you can do and I hope you will get your money. 

Could you get back to me when you know how it is ?

bank said no money came through this utr or trx and i gave casino this bank statements with sign and stamps. and one more thing to that bot different utr has exact same date and time. fake all

Well, it seems like every time it's a different transaction number that the casino gives you. 

However, there is probably nothing to do but to contact the bank again and work with them to find out if everything is as the casino says it is. If this is not the case, then you have a complaint and you can update Kristina with what the casino has written and what you have found out. 

Definitely let us know what you learned as well.

I learned from bank 2 hours ago there's no transaction like that,my bank is standard chartered bank international bank and very responsible and respected bank.they are angry now that there is no such transaction on 25th December.i just sent them latest bank statement with sign and stamps of bank manager and its clearly shows there's no such transaction

Oh, I was hoping you could have better luck with the bank.

The complaint appears to be the only solid ground still present right now. I imagine it must feel horrible, but hold on. As long as the complaint is opened, it is not over. 🙏

What better luck , I have bank statement with sign and stamps its clearly shows that money never credited, what are you talking about, so much biased reply, what strong ground bank statement is strongest evidence, I don't think you are fair enough

I have no idea what makes you think we are not fair. Here on the forum, we're simply chatting about your situation. The solution comes from the complaint.

I suggest you visit the complaint tomorrow to let Kristina know there has been no luck with the payment so far.
