Hello,

Despite how much we would love to do so, we just can't enforce access to the casino's web page to correct the false rating. I would love to believe that our community understands that one and only Casino Guru's "official rating/Safety Index" is presented on our domains. I'd say we live in a world where the source of information is more important than the information itself - if you catch my meaning.

However, may I know which Curacao law firm caught your interest? How's it going?

Since the casino score dropped to 1/10 I wonder if Casino Guru is going to do something against Heybets for the false score exploiting your logo on their website.

The first step would be to inform Gaming Curacao about this so they can have a talk to their sub licensee about this behavior. But filing a criminal report for forgery can also be considered from your end to force the casino to stop exploiting your logo with a false score.😉

Hello and thank you for your post. I have contacted our data team and passed them the information about our logo on the casino sites with the false information. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

I was scammed and I need help. 1 week ago I found a bug on heybets and I won some money from it, they approved the withdrawals and everything was correct. After that I made some legitimate deposits and they realized everything that had happened previously, so they decided to take the money from the legitimate deposits in revenge. Can someone please help? The deposits were $3k and with the total withdrawals it was $5k which is a lot of money for me. Thank you so much

Hi, can I start by asking what bug you found and exploited ? I find it quite unfair if you exploited a bug and to be honest I'm not sure how your complaint will turn out, but I won't jump the gun and we'll see. Why didn't you alert the casino ?

Regarding the approved withdrawals, did you get them ?

Let me know.

My withdrawal has been pending for almost a week now and they’ve cut off all communication. The vip manager first told me 72 hours until I can withdraw, and after 72 hrs passed they went ghost on me.

Ive tried live support,

email and telegram and nothing. They see my message as it says "seen" but still choose to ignore me. I’m getting worried looking at all the other complaints on here.

Hi, this is probably one of the worst possibilities when a casino starts ignoring a player. It's certainly not pleasant or professional because for me personally communication would be one of the most important things.

However, I have seen that you have managed to open a complaint and it would be good if you could answer Nick's questions.

I'd also like to mention that we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal process, so you're somewhere in the middle, but I certainly wouldn't have a good feeling about it either.

I would also like to ask you if you have seen the casino's safety index because from what I can see it is not the best, quite the opposite.

I probably wouldn't play in this casino and try to find more information next time before I deposit my money somewhere.

file3 days in a row. Probably I will never claim my money, right? 😞

Oh hey, you won quite a large sum of money. I see you've been waiting a few days and I would say we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything around the withdrawal.

Anyway, are these your first withdrawals or have you had any before at this casino ? Are you verified or not ? I can imagine that with this amount the casino could also investigate your gameplay and other things, so it might take a little while for the situation to move forward.

Have you tried writing to them yet ? If you still have problems to withdraw, feel free to write and we will try to help you somehow.

Are you aware of something like this and have you exceeded the max bet on the bonus you were playing with ?

HeyBets is stalling my $9k cashout for 42 days now! VIP Silver member here, always loyal and depositing big. Their delay in verifying my docs and cashing out is unacceptable !No replies to emails or chats, unprofessional. This is crazy.

I’ve been waiting over a month for my 14k withdrawal and still nothing. They just ignore my messages and they even blocked me on telegram.

Casino Guru Team, I understand that you have a thorough review process, but I'm concerned about the current timeline. My last complaint posts has been awaiting approval for 7 days now, which seems excessive. Moreover, I'm worried that any further delay may give Heybets more time to employ stalling tactics, as they have already been stretching out their KYC and approval process for months.

Could you please advise if there's any way to accelerate the review of my complaint? I'm eager to have this matter addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Yes, Casinoguru please help us here. This money means a lot to me and this casino is clearly is not running in good faith. Waiting 1 month+ for my 14k withdrawal is insane.

Hi, I'm sorry you're in this situation. I see that the complaint is at an advanced stage and the last time the casino wrote that you are undergoing verification, but what amazes me is that it's been quite a long time and you still don't know if your account is verified or not. It also doesn't add to the credibility and it's peace if they don't answer you, but if it's not over yet, they probably don't have anything to tell you.

Anyway, do you have any accepted documents yet ? What did you send them last ?

We'll see how it goes and our team will definitely try to help you to get your money. Unfortunately, we can't speed it up, Mirka has more complaints so she is responding immediately when she can. This whole situation is not comfortable but we have to keep cool head and try to be patient.

I hope we can.

I see that you are in exactly the same situation, and I have the feeling that in both cases it is taking an unnecessarily long time. I don't know what the casino controls such a time period and I saw that in your case we are waiting for a reply from the casino, so hopefully they will answer as soon as possible.

For the time being we will have to be patient although I know you have been through a lot but unfortunately we can't speed it up. 🙁

Jaro thanks for the reply, Just to keep everyone in the loop on this ongoing KYC verification nightmare with HeyBets Casino:

June 19: Cashout request submitted

June 21: Documents requested (passport and proof of address) - provided same day

July 2: Selfie with date and username requested - provided same day

July 10: Proof of wealth source requested - provided same day

July 18: Can't open PDF, alternative format requested - provided same day

July 25: English documents suddenly required, bank statement in English provided same day

Over a month of constant back-and-forth, new requests popping up like whack-a-mole. Each time I've responded immediately, but they just keep moving the goalposts. This pattern is beyond frustrating. It's clear their strategy is to delay and complicate the withdrawal process as much as possible.

I don't know why the casino does it in such a way and why it always asks for a document after a week. It would be better if they did it all at once and checked it, this way it is prolonged unnecessarily in my opinion.

However, since our team is also involved in this, I strongly believe that it will be solved. I'll keep my fingers crossed and wait, hopefully for good news.

The only conceivable reason for this endless, piecemeal verification process is to withhold player funds as long as humanly possible. After more than a month of this maddening back-and-forth, it's crystal clear this is a calculated strategy to prevent withdrawals at all costs! This approach is blatantly designed to either frustrate players into making errors that invalidate their withdrawals, or manipulate them into gambling away their winnings out of sheer desperation. I've bent over backwards to provide every single document requested, only to be slapped with new, completely arbitrary requirements each and every time. While I grudgingly accept the need for KYC procedures, this process has gone so far beyond reasonable limits it's laughable! This is nothing short of a systematic attempt to deny players their rightful winnings!

I would also say that it is unnecessarily long and it would definitely bother me as much as you. I saw that the casino has been contacted again and I wonder what they will say this time. Just please hang in there and certainly don't do anything with the money.

If there is anything new, I will be here.
